Montebello Subdivision
NCE, in collaboration with Staig and Smith, have been the key designers for this large subdivision located in Ngawhatu Valley.
NCE have been responsible for the overall earthworks, stormwater, stream and slope stabilisation, retaining wall and pavement designs. Stages 1 thru 2D, about 44 lots, along with the 85 lot Montebello Village, are completed and nearly built out. NCE has also been involved with many of site engineering designs for individual dwellings, in collaboration with Mike Greer Homes.
